Digital Advisor

The Digital Adviser is responsible for reviewing high volumes of website content to identify opportunities for improvement. It works proactively with clients and internal experts to understand business need and understands how to balance this with user need and overarching design systems. They deliver a range of products as part of projects using agile methodologies including wireframes, flowcharts, content maps and content. The role has a significant focus on effective digital communication, user experience design, information architecture and content design.

Position Details

As a Digital Advisor you will:

• provide strategic advice, training and guidance around digital communications and channels.
• contribute to the development of communication projects and action plans.
• respond to and identify opportunities for the improvement of Department's digital channels through regular research.
• foster, maintain and contribute to the Departments website and channels ensuring they are appropriately maintained.


We are looking for 2x full-time Digital Advisers contract end date is 30 June 2023.

Preferred candidates will be required to complete pre-employment screening, including a national police check and misconduct screening.
