Position Details

The Senior Policy Officer, 2019 SOVC report, has a strong understanding of the Victorian Aboriginal community and is able to synthesise the latest research and evidence to generate insights about the health and wellbeing of Aboriginal children and young people.
You will use your skills in interpreting quantitative and qualitative evidence to distil complex information into clear and digestible insights that will be used to develop an overview of the status of Aboriginal children and young people in Victoria.
Utilising your stakeholder engagement skills, you will consult with Government and Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations and share analysis and insights that you and the team prepare with staff across Government in order to develop the 2019 SOVC report.
The role provides an exciting opportunity to develop a key reporting document for Government.
