Senior Analyst

The role will oversee the implementation of the revised Victorian Child and Adolescent Monitoring System platform. The role will also be required to implement improvements to DataZone, the Department's key source of statistical information for corporate employees which will include a review of existing reports and datasets to enable contemporary improvements to be made to better meet the needs of corporate employees. Expertise in SQL and Excel is required. Experience with data analysis, reporting, and measurement frameworks is desirable. Experience with SharePoint would be an advantage.

Position Details

Strong service delivery focus and a comprehensive understanding of critical business issues and drivers will enable the delivery of high quality governance and reporting outcomes. With good interpersonal and communication skills, the role will drive the implementation of the improvements and develop effective working relationships with business and technical teams.  Previous experience undertaking business and stakeholder requirement analysis and translation into IT specific requirements would also be an advantage.
