Position Details

The Manager in the Early Childhood Reform Branch will be a leader in the development of ideas, and people.

They will lead a small, high-performing team through every stage of the policy cycle, including research, analysis, development of options and advice, and support for implementation. They will build strong and productive relationships within and outside the Department. They will solve problems with creative and practical solutions. They will be able to move quickly but strategically. They will see the bigger picture.
