Position Details

Course Manager x 2 Positions

12 Months Fixed term - full time

The role is critical in ensuring effective and efficient course delivery of a procured set of courses of significant value, and ensuring that the professional learning needs of school and early childhood leaders are met.

The course manager will ensure that Bastow courses align with government priorities and initiatives, and are designed to deliver improved student outcomes through improved leadership in schools and early childhood organisations.

The position involves specialist knowledge of government policy, educational leadership, stakeholder management, customer service orientation, project management, as well as a capacity to manage complex IT and AV systems. 

To succeed in this role, you will have demonstrated customer management skills, an understanding of educational leadership and strong policy analysis and interpretation skills.

In addition, you will have excellent negotiation, interpersonal and communications skills and preferably be tertiary qualified in a relevant discipline with a sound knowledge of project management principles.
