Manager, Integration and Evidence

Ongoing - full time

Working as part of the Improvement and Accountability Branch in the Performance Division of RSG, this role will contribute to the Education State reform agenda in schools through the delivery of school improvement support services and strategies. The Framework for Improving Student Outcomes (FISO), guides the work of the Branch. FISO aims to focus schools' efforts on key areas that are known to have the greatest impact on school improvement.

The Manager, Integration and Evidence, will lead a team and work collaboratively across the Department to:

  • support integrated implementation and communication of school improvement initiatives to ensure effective application of FISO, including highlighting best practice, across the school system
  • lead the development of evidence-based resources to improve teaching and learning, such as through case studies and other communication channels (including videography) to support the delivery of school improvement initiatives across the Branch

This role also works across teams within the Branch to ensure coherence across key implementation levers, including school review, strategic and annual planning, and Differentiated Support for School Improvement initiatives. You will be required to manage staff, collaborate with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, and play a leadership role in supporting the broader work of the Division associated with school improvement.For more details regarding this position please see attached position description.
