The Planning, Delivery and Engagement Branch is seeking a highly self-motivated candidate with strong technical skills to join our team in supporting the state-wide implementation of Education State Initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining program schedules, risk registers and associated products, and providing analysis and reporting for senior executives and other stakeholders. Position Details

Technical Project Officer

Location: East Melbourne

Fixed Term: 12 months - full time

This role provides high-level technical project management support of the Schools Implementation program schedules and Schools Implementation master schedule.

The Technical Project Officer will be responsible for:

  • reviewing, updating and maintaining the program schedules and master schedule
  • identifying, developing and implementing enhancements to the schedules that will support effective and timely monitoring and reporting on program activity
  • updating and generating key planner products from the master schedule including the State-wide Schools Planner, RSG Governance Schedule and other tailored planner products
  • reviewing, updating and maintaining the Schools Implementation Risk Registers
