Position Details

The purpose of this role is to co-design implementation supports for the Professional Practice and Leadership Division's workforce reforms. This role will navigate the complexities of managing a challenging range of stakeholders at the system level, including through contract management and providing strategic policy advice.

Knowledge of one or more of the following content areas is desirable: initial teacher education; higher education and training environments; performance and development; workforce planning; recruitment and selection; teacher effectiveness; and school improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a background in strategic policy analysis and project management. Experience in government program and project implementation will also be well regarded.
