Administration Support Officer

A vacancy exists for an administrative position within the Greensborough office of the North Western Victoria Region. The primary responsibility of the role is to provide high quality administrative support to the Regional Leadership Team within the various Areas and Divisions of the North Western Victoria Region. These roles also support other regional staff including executive and administrative support, management services for office support, correspondence and record keeping and application of administrative policies, procedures and protocols. The role may also be responsible for some key administrative functions such as fleet management and administration for the regional website, occasional reception duties and Early Childhood administrative program support.

Administration Support Officer

To be successful in this role you will be client focused and can be relied on for your analytical and multi-tasking ability. Your capacity to establish and maintain productive and consultative relationships will be important as well as the ability to make decisions independently on routine matters. The capacity to complete and deliver tasks effectively in a busy environment is essential.

A well developed understanding of Word, Excel, Outlook and other Microsoft Office products and the ability to adapt to various software programs and Corporate Information systems is an advantage. Your logical application to problem solving and ability to adapt to various tasks as required is critical.

You will need to work well within a team environment and have excellent written and oral communication skills.
