Administration Support Officer

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide high quality administrative support to the North Western Region - Mallee Area. This includes support to the Mallee Leadership Team, Senior Education Advisers, and to other regional staff. You will be responsible for, management services for office support, correspondence and record keeping and application of administrative policies, procedures and protocols. The role may also be responsible for some key administrative functions such as fleet management and administration for the regional website and occasional reception duties.

Administration Support Officer - Mildura

(Fixed Term 0.5 FTE)

To be successful in this role you will be client focused and with an ability to discern information quickly and effectively. You can be relied upon for your strong multi-tasking and organisational skills. Your capacity to quickly establish client needs and referral is critical to the smooth functioning of the office.

Excellent oral and written communication skills and logical clear thinking practices are vital for this role along with having highly developed interpersonal skills and being a supportive team player that is readily willing to assist in a variety of administrative tasks.

An acute ability to recognise and prioritise workloads and organise information in a logical sequence is important. A well developed understanding of Word, Excel, Outlook and other Microsoft Office products and the ability to adapt to various software programs and Corporate Information systems is an advantage. Your logical application to problem solving and ability to adapt to various tasks as required is critical.
