School Improvement Project Support Officer

A vacancy exists for a School Improvement Project Support Officer at the Coburg office of the North Western Victoria Region. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide high quality administrative support to the Divisional Executive Director and Regional Leadership Team. This role will also support other regional staff including executive and administrative support, the management of services to support staff, correspondence, record keeping and application of administrative policies, procedures and protocols. The role may also be responsible for some key administrative functions such as, events management, purchasing requisitioning, occasional travel and accommodation requests and usage of the Sharepoint system.

Position Details

To be successful in this role you will be client focused and can be relied on for your analytical and multi-tasking ability. Your capacity to establish and maintain productive and consultative relationships will be important as well as the ability to make decisions independently on routine matters. The capacity to complete and deliver tasks effectively in a busy environment is essential.

An acute understanding of Word, Excel, Outlook and other Microsoft Office products and the ability to adapt to various software programs and Corporate Information systems is an advantage. Your logical application to problem solving and ability to adapt to various tasks as required is critical.

You will need to work well within a team environment and have excellent written and oral communication skills.
