Position Details

This position is within the South Eastern Victoria Region.  The base location will be negotiable.

The primary responsibilities of this role are to:

 •             Work as a member of a multidisciplinary team to support the Senior Transitions Officers to implement 
               government/departmental reform projects and policy relating to effective youth pathways and 0-18 

•             Implement initiatives and youth programs at a local level including the School Focused Youth Services

•              Work with other area teams and the regional Youth Pathways and Transitions Manager to ensure 
               delivery of consistent, high quality support and information across the region for youth programs and 
               partnership projects designed to ensure effective pathways and transitions for children and learners  
             from 0-18 years.
