Position Details

The Senior Business and Change Analyst will establish improved processes for planning and delivery of a suite of school reporting products. This includes liaison with other teams on technical issues and processes and improving governance and authorisation of products. This role presents an opportunity for a creative and analytical thinker to influence cross-team working to deliver strategic change. A key deliverable will be a refresh of the Victorian Child and Adolescent Monitoring system. You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as conceptual and analytical ability for working with a range of datasets.

You will work with the team to uplift capability and develop templates and standards to support delivery of clear, consistent and timely reporting that guides effective decision making. You will have a strong service delivery focus and a high level of competency and understanding of critical business issues and drivers. You are an influencer and negotiator who can quickly develop effective working relationships at all levels. Your experience in a similar role demonstrates your ability to deliver high quality governance and reporting outcomes.
