Position Details

-          demonstrate capability in Microsoft Office

This role is critical to effectively implementing the Department's model of school review. As the successful candidate, you will be working in a collaborative, high functioning team. Your main role will be to support the development and implementation of the new school review model by managing excel spreadsheets, responding to client queries, undertaking quality assurance checks and supporting procurement processes using Ariba.

It involves:

-          a strong understanding of ARIBA

-          highly developed written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

-          coordinating the registration of professional learning

-          managing operational data

-          sending communications to multiple stakeholders

To succeed in this role, you will have experience in the Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) as well as Survey Monkey and EventBrite. You will also need to be able to prioritise tasks effectively and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
