Position Details

This position will play a key role in supporting the delivery of the VCE School-based Assessment Audit program. The Audit works to ensure that each school delivers school-based assessments that are equitable and in line with VCAA requirements. The VCE is now delivered on two timetables, a Victorian Academic Timetable which runs from February to December and a Northern Hemisphere Timetable which runs from September to July. This role will be fundamental in coordinating audit timelines and delivering outcomes across the two timetables.

 

As the Administrative Officer, you will provide high-level administrative support in a high pressure work environment and be able to work on multiple projects within tight timelines. Additionally, you will have high attention to detail and well developed written and oral communication skills.

 

The Administrative Officer will have an understanding of the education sector, have demonstrated administrative support skills, excellent written and verbal communication and proficiency in using online survey programs for the collection and manipulation of data.

 

The successful applicant will have opportunities to work across business units at the VCAA and provide project enhancements for the betterment of the School-based Assessment Audit program.
