Manager, Communications Unit

The VRQA is Victoria's education and training regulator. Reporting to the Deputy Chief Executive Officer, you will lead a multi-disciplanary communications unit of four staff responsible for the VRQA's inward and outward-facing communications, on behalf of the office and the VRQA Board. You will lead strategic communications campaigns and stakeholder engagement activities that cover a range of sectors, including school systems (Government, Catholic and Independent); vocational education and training providers; apprentices, trainees and their employers; and home schooling parents.Your staff of communications professionals will assist you in the planning, curation and development of content for use across VRQA channels, often with the assistance of external contractors.
