Senior Project Officer, VPS5, 2 Positions Available

Full-time fixed term - for 3 years

The Asset Management Branch of the VSBA is seeking two Senior Project Officers to provide support and assistance to schools in the management and delivery of their responsibilities in relation to heating, air-conditioning, sewerage and water treatment, lifts, termite inspections and hygiene requirements. this will involve:

  • providing technical and practical advice and support to schools

  • proactively engaging with schools, Regional staff and VSBA teams
  • preparing program updates, briefing and reports

To be successful in this role candidates will have to demonstrate project management skills, be articulate and able to engage with multiple stakholder, be focussed on finding solutions and collaboration across various program areas. Experience in building maintenance, facilities management, engineering or construction is desirable.
