Position Details

In working as part of the Student Records and Results Unit, the specific focus of this role will be in supporting the effective work of Victorian Student Number (VSN) team especially in relation to the Education Justice Initiative. The main components of the role include but are not limited to:-

• the sole point of contact for the Education Justice Initiative (DET) in the provision of accurate information for  each specified individual.

• the point of contact for DET Student Wellbeing Co-ordinators, Outlook Principals and Navigator Program Co-ordinators in the provision of educational histories

• the resolution of exceptions

• management and support of educational providers.

• administration of requests for the Victorian Student Number

• assessment of requests for assistance from stakeholders
