Position Details

In working as part of the Student Records and Results Unit, the specific focus of this role will be in the Project Management team providing business continuity for whole of organisation projects. The position will also support the effective work of the Data Management and Data Processing teams in relation to the maintenance of the Northern Hemisphere Timetable (NHT). The main components of the role include but are not limited to:-


• responsibility for the planning and development of a business solution to meet the organisation needs when implementing policy changes.


• coordination of the various components of the project to ensure timely delivery across the business of the agreed outcomes


• the ability to test changes to the database and identify possible defects


• provision of support and guidance to other officers within Data Management and Data Processing teams in relation to the Northern Hemisphere Timetable.

• provision of support to schools to manage the enrolment, assessment collection and reporting cycles as these relate to the NHT.
