Position Details
THE ROLE
The Team Leader is responsible for the direct care, safety and support of clients in a residential unit and provides professional supervision to a team of Direct Care Workers
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
- Coordinate and supervise all aspects of direct management of clients' standards are met and that clients are engaged in programs and services appropriate to their case planning goals.
- Manage the allocation of resources within and the outputs required of the work area
- Manage, interpret and apply business plans and policies in own area of responsibility and provide advice to others on design and implementation issues.
