Position Details
THE ROLE
This role is focussed on improving financial outcomes across the Department. As part of a pool resource structure, the role contributes to the development and implementation of strategies to help teams achieve their objectives in service delivery. This role will support the team in identifying opportunities for improvement in financial management processes, working with the manager to support our customers in meeting their strategic objectives through planning budget and expenditure amounts.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
- Assist with developing, implementing, and monitoring of budget and expenditure strategies for clients in alignment with their financial objectives.
- Monitor and analyse clients' financial data to track financial performance, identifying potential areas for improvement and making recommendations.
- Provide proactive insights and recommendations to Divisions in order to achieve the strategic priorities of the Department.
