Position Details

THE ROLE

This role will work as part of a new team in Workforce Services to support and manage activities to deliver the international recruitment program for Child Protection. Operating as part of the team, this role will provide advice on relevant policy and processes and support Senior Advisors with a range of tasks including the coordination of candidate care, visa and relocation assistance packages, onboarding, data analysis and reporting requirements. The role will provide support to the Manager, International Recruitment by providing day to day project management support and HR advisory services. Additionally, this role will be adaptable to the changing functions and needs of the international recruitment team.

ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE

  1.  Assist in the development of relevant process and policy documents required for the successful implementation of the Child Protection International recruitment program.
  2. Support the operational delivery of the attraction and recruitment of Child Protection practitioners from overseas including assisting with visa processing and relocation supports, liaising with candidates and stakeholders and the establishment of local reporting mechanisms.
  3. Provide generalist human resources (HR) advice and support to managers and staff on a range of issues, routine and complex, including end to end recruitment, policies and practices, safety screening, leave queries and pay policy in order to deliver high-quality services.
