THE ROLE
Work Locations: Seymour, 1/8-10 Elizabeth Street Seymour VIC 3660 Shepparton, 163- 167 Welsford Street, Shepparton VIC 3630
The Reception Services Officer is a critical position within the East Division, Department of Families, Fairness and Housing. The role is public facing and can be the first interaction an individual has with the organisation. The role is responsible for assisting clients, the general public and other service providers with the purpose of their contact and ensuring they are provided with accurate, up to date information or referred to the right person/agency.
COVID-19 VACCINATION
The department strongly recommends (but does not mandate) that employees maintain their COVID-19 vaccination status in accordance with current ATAGI (Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation) advice, given their individual circumstances. As of June 2023, DFFH does not require evidence of COVID-19 vaccination status.
