THE ROLE

This Adviser role is located within the Agency Performance and System Support team, which has responsibility for monitoring the performance of external service providers in the Wimmera South West Area, West Division. The role is accountable for the monitoring and implementation of the Agency Monitoring Framework, including management of local service agreements and the collection and recording of performance data. The Adviser is responsible for the development of new projects, service pathways, and place-based approaches and identifies and supports existing initiatives. 

ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE

1. Assist in the management of service agreements and targets for funded activities, inform budget variations and develop and update service agreements on the department's service management system. 
2. Communicate service agreement requirements with funded organisations to ensure compliance through application of the Agency Monitoring Framework. 
3. Utilise effective consultation mechanisms to identify, monitor and mitigate potential risks with funded organisations to identify and implement service improvement initiatives.
