Position Details
THE ROLE
The Team Manager, Tenancy and Property for Carlton and Footscray WMA will be required to lead housing teams undertaking complex system and service coordination activities.
The role actively works in collaboration with the relevant central office program areas and other internal stakeholders in influencing, developing and implementing departmental policy and vision, ensuring that local needs are taken into account in policy and program development. It will involve the development of change management strategies to improve business processes and systems to deliver better client services.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
- Prepare and present detailed, comprehensive reports, briefs and submissions on complex policy and operational issues as well as prepare regular and ad hoc reports and correspondence.
- Prepare and present high-level communication material (including for change communications) and provide authoritative and strategic advice relating to communications issues and requirements.
- Actively facilitate seamless communication and collaboration across the department to coordinate critical projects, including organisational change strategies.
