Position Details

THE ROLE

Advanced Package Planner

The Advanced Package Planner sits within the Directorate of South Division and contributes to the implementation, coordination and monitoring activities associated with individualized and flexible funding packages to improve outcomes for children. This role will be responsible for planning, coordination and stakeholder engagement to co-design, assess, implement and monitor individualized and targeted supports to meet the needs of individual children, their families and carers, providing flexible and innovative placement prevention and out of home care solutions for children.
