Position Details
THE ROLE
Reporting to the Chief Practitioner, this role leads a Unit of professionals that design, develop and deliver a curriculum of learning and leadership programs focussed on core skills, practice development and leadership capabilities to equip the department's frontline workforces.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
- Lead and direct the management and delivery of professional development programs to uplift the capabilities, personal qualities, knowledge and skills of department frontline workforces.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to provide high quality, authoritative, innovative and strategic advice to the Chief Practitioner, senior executives, managers, and key stakeholders on learning and capability strategies.
- Set direction, lead, plan, manage and implement key projects and evaluation methodologies, policies and strategies relating to the delivery of innovative learning and capability uplift programs and initiatives.
