Position Details
THE ROLE
Disability Homes Victoria is initiating a time limited project to plan and deliver a direct resident engagement project with over 2,500 residents living in Supported Disability Accommodation (SDA). You will be working to ensure that all residents are provided with contemporary information relating to their home and the service they receive from the Department in accessible formats that is responsive to their needs. The Project Officer will support project planning and delivery. You will be responsible for establishing systems, data management and the critical task of tracking and recording completed tasks and documentation. You will be providing essential support to the engagement teams and will be responsible for coordinating the logistics for the project including scheduling information sessions, timetabling home visits, transport, accommodation and team availabilities. The SDA Project team is part of a small team, and there may be a need to be flexible where you will assist communicating and engaging residents, their families and supports in delivering the Departments new SDA Service Agreement and the departments role as landlord. You will work with teams across the DHV branch and external stakeholders such as Supported Independent Living Providers
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
- Provide administrative and project management support to the Senior Project officer – SDA Service Agreement and Engagement team on DHV SDA Service Agreement and Engagement Project.
- Coordinate resources, such as personnel, equipment, and materials, to support project activities, by effectively using departmental systems and processes.
- Maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resources allocation, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
