Position Details
THE ROLE
The Principal Adviser will be part of a collaborative and innovative team. The Principal Adviser will lead the development of commercial and financial analysis, funding structures and commercial development models for property and infrastructure projects and programs to be delivered in partnerships between Homes Victoria and third-party partners.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
- Develops policy frameworks within area of expertise or responsibility based on defined organisational priorities
- Participates in strategic planning and contributes to strategic decision-making process
- Accountable for achievement of established corporate objectives including the formulation and implementation of local business
