THE ROLE
Senior Manager, Performance Improvement
As the Senior Manager, Performance Improvement, you will support the Executive Director, Performance & Governance leading a small team driving simplification, process improvement, revenue generation and issue resolution across Homes Victoria to support more efficient and effective delivery of ongoing core housing processes and capital programs.
Given the importance of the strategic programs being delivered, strong governance over issue resolution and continuous improvement plays a critical role in supporting Homes Victoria programs and enabling transparent reporting to the department, the Victorian government, and other stakeholders.
Are you
- A strategic thinker with experience in finance and process improvement leadership roles
- Demonstrated achievement of operational transformation and improvement through effective change management strategies
- Highly experienced in managing external and internal reviews in relation to core business processes
- Solution oriented and collaborative with a strong leadership track record of delivery through shared services teams
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
- Operate within increased level of autonomy and accountability in delivering within broad strategic directions.
- Provide leadership and guidance based on advanced expertise.
- Contribute advanced expertise and knowledge to benefit strategic planning and organisation/sector-wide outcomes.
