Position Details


The Senior Executive Assistant role will provide high quality secretarial, administrative and coordination support to to the CEO of Homes Victoria, and other executives within Homes Victoria on occasion as required. This includes managing correspondence, calendar requirements and workflow, acting as a pivotal point of contact with internal and external stakeholders and working with the Office of the CEO team to ensure the CEO is well supported.

The role requires a proactive self-starter with strong skills in communication, organisation and planning, teamwork and stakeholder relations. An ability to work with limited supervision in a complex, sensitive and fast paced environment are also essential.


  1. Provide high-level confidential secretarial and administrative support to the CEO, including effectively managing diary and emails, and other tasks required by the Office of the CEO.
  2. Arrange meetings and conferences for the CEO, including organising room and venue bookings, coordinating and preparing high-quality meeting papers and materials, organising agendas, taking minutes and following up actions
  3. Maintain strong working relationships with senior stakeholders and peers across the Minister for Housing's office, Secretary's office, Homes Victoria and external organisations, partners and clients, representing the CEO's expectations and providing high quality, helpful and timely advice.
