Position Details
THE ROLE

- Able to interpret and articulate technical aspects of large-scale data capture projects to stakeholders of all levels.
The Senior Project Officer – Property Condition within the Maintenance Assurance and Property Condition team is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Homes Victoria's Property Condition Audit program, which captures data on the attributes and condition of department owned properties. In conjunction with the broader Facilities Management team, the Senior Project Officer is responsible for allocation of the inspections to our internal inspection team, quality control of the completed inspections, training and tech support for the field application and collection process, data transfer between the inspection tool and our property management system and team performance management.
As the Senior Project Officer, you will work closely with the Manager and fellow Senior Project Officer to translate strategic directions into successful service delivery, bringing commercial professionalism and a focus on achieving tenant-oriented and value for money outcomes. The Senior Project Officer will also coordinate people management, strategic planning and reporting tasks. The role also involves a significant level of co-ordination with internal and external stakeholders as we are capturing data and information used by a wide range of parties.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
