The Corporate Strategy & Reporting Officer will support Homes Victoria in bringing its Corporate Plan to life through the delivery of annual planning and reporting activities.
The Corporate Strategy & Reporting Officer is responsible for providing project management, coordination, administrative, and reporting support to Homes Victoria's Corporate Strategy function.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
1. Contribute to the full life cycle of projects to support the delivery of Corporate Governance and Strategy Unit's objectives, including:
a) Assisting in research, analysis and implementation of projects based on defined outcomes and outputs.
b) Supporting the development and delivery of projects or sub-projects and their successful delivery and completion within resourcing, timeline and budget parameters.
c) Supporting stakeholder engagement by coordinating meetings and workshops, preparing agendas and minutes, distribution of meeting papers and follow up of actions arising from meetings.
d) Contributing to the monitoring and evaluation of projects to ensure departmental objectives are met.
2. Support in providing advice to stakeholders and assisting in the preparation and presentation of correspondence, reports, and briefings on a range of matters.
3. Translate information and data into visual aids (e.g., graphs, charts, presentations) to provide meaningful and succinct information for a range of stakeholders.
