  • Able to expertly navigate and utilise reporting tools and systems to drive continuous improvement and lift the quality of financial reporting?
  • A problem solver who can work collaboratively to deliver meaningful financial reports?

Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, Budget and Reporting, the newly established role of Senior Financial Management Reporting Officer is responsible for the provision of financial management reporting across the Public Non-Financial Corporation (PNFC) and continued development of the reporting framework and systems. The Senior Financial Management Reporting Officer will work closely with senior leadership and project teams within Homes Victoria, as well as work collaboratively with team members.

Key attributes of the successful applicant will be proven financial management reporting skills, advanced systems knowledge, the ability to tailor reports to meet stakeholders' requirements, a commitment to continuous improvement, and attention to detail.


  1. Maintain an understanding of current, best-practice in financial management and services.
  2. Routinely provide advice on finance policy, risks, trends and provide solutions and options for decision-making.
  3. Contribute to the design and development of complex financial reports at an authoritative level.
