 Homes Victoria is committed to putting the Person at the Centre of the work it does.  As part of team contributing to the Person at the Centre, you will be developing and delivering on a strategy to ensure Homes Victoria is delivering on the commitment as outlined in the Homes Victoria 10-Year Strategy.

Given the role is supporting all areas of the organisation, it is reporting to the Manager, Person at the Centre Service Design and you will be responsible for delivering on elements that support the holistic approach to Person at the Centre across Homes Victoria and its funded services.  The position is part of a small, dynamic fast-paced team developing the overarching strategy, and supporting implementation of services that are designed around what people accessing our services are telling us they need.  This work will in turn seek to shift the whole organisation to a better service design approach with the aspiration of embedding this work across the organisation.  

ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE

1. Provide authoritative advice to internal and external stakeholders and prepare and present detailed reports, ministerial briefs, cabinet and agency submissions on complex matters.

2. Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate a partnership approach.

3. Where responsible for overseeing, monitoring or delivering projects, ensure they are delivered in accordance with relevant legislation and government regulations and guidelines.
