Salary range: $125,893 to $168,473 plus Super

Reporting to the Manager, LISConnect Design Authority, the LISConnect (Laboratory Information Sharing) Business Engagement Lead will develop and deliver the LISConnect (Laboratory Information Sharing) Program's engagement and change management strategy and plan. This role is a critical enabler of the Victoria's public pathology system reform agenda. The program will improve the provision of, and access to, high quality public pathology services.

Are you:

  • An executive or senior manager experienced with the Victoria's digital health sector, with excellent strategic engagement and change management oversight skills?
  • Able to engage with stakeholders across all levels of an organisation, including health agencies and vendors?
  • Highly organized with an excellent record of achievement at a senior level in communications and who has a passion for continuous improvement?
  • Passionate about digital health and eager to make a significant contribution to transforming the way pathology services are delivered digitally in Victorian?
