Position Details
About the role: 1 x Fixed Term, Full time position until 30 June 2028
Reporting to the Manager, Funded Agencies, this role combines financial management, PMO support, and policy advisory skills to support the Hospitals Victoria team with high-level advice, coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives.
This hybrid position ensures the effective delivery of executive priorities, financial reporting, system enhancements, and project governance to improve operational and service efficiency.

- Managed competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines?
- Provided high-level advice on a sensitive issue and had to ensure confidentiality and actionable outcomes?
- Been flexible and willing to tackle tasks head on, including new priorities as they emerge?
- Led impactful process improvement initiatives?
Specialist Expertise
- Demonstrated experience in finance, program management, or executive advisory roles within a government or corporate setting.
- Knowledge of government processes, departmental systems, and policy frameworks is highly advantageous.
