Are you:
- An experienced professional with expertise in health service funding models and workflow design, capable of optimising financial performance while ensuring compliance with funding rules and policies?
- Skilled at analysing datasets to uncover trends and opportunities, including benchmarking NWAU variations, and translating findings into actionable improvement strategies?
- Adept at stakeholder engagement, providing expert advice, and driving governance frameworks to deliver impactful health service financial and capability outcomes?
Reporting to the Principal Analyst, Financial Improvement & Capability, the Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting the workflow design that will support improvement and capability strategies including revenue optimisation analysis. The Senior Analyst role will work with in a small team and contribute to the complex analysis as required.
Focussing on Health Service financial and activity workflow design to support sector improvement and capability, the Senior Analyst role is responsible for ensuring workflow changes to improve and optimise financial performance are presented, consulted and compliant with national funding rules and Victorian funding/ programmatic policies and guidelines.
This position is part of a specialist unit dedicated to driving financial improvement and capability across Victoria's health services.
