Position Details

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Director of Outcomes, Evidence and Performance Unit is responsible for ensuring that Mental Health services provided by, and commissioned for, the Mental Health and Wellbeing Division are based on evidence, outcomes, and that performance of services are monitored and continuously improved.

The Director will lead teams with subject matter expertise in outcomes management, evidence-based practice, data and analytics and performance management. The role will oversee provision of services for the division including outcomes design and implementation, evaluation, data analytics, reporting, and production of insights across mental health and alcohol and other drugs.

  • An experienced leader that has expertise in leading outcomes implementation, evidence-based practice, data and analytics and performance management
  • Keen to foster learning, growth and culture change across the Division and the mental health sector and AOD sector.
  • Able to lead the design and delivery of complex programs of work across the Division.
