Position Details

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Project Director, Mental Health Funding Reform leads reform of funding models used to commission services, including model development, testing and implementation of activity-based funding, as well as new capitation and bundled funding models recommended by the Royal Commission. The position is responsible for implementing major funding reforms in a complex environment through effectively engaging stakeholders, managing change and actively identifying connections with strategic mental health commissioning and other systemic reforms.

  • Able to demonstrate high level expertise in health commissioning processes and models.
  • Recognised for your expertise designing, managing and overseeing funding models and financial metrics, including managing complex change.
  • Skilled in navigating a complex political environment and balancing short-term and long-term objectives of government.

Mandatory Vaccination Policy
