Position Details

POSITION SUMMARY:

 

The Data Analyst will provide day-to day support for internal and external users of Victoria's real-time prescription monitoring system SafeScript; investigate data discrepancies; assist with testing of SafeScript enhancements; when needed, conduct bulk communications using SendGrid; maintain user access to SafeScript in line with Department of Health and Medicines and Poisons Regulation Branch policy and procedures; provide reports on SafeScript using Power BI; manage Branch website changes; and assist with other data and reporting related requests from the Director and senior team leaders.

Mandatory Vaccination Policy

The department is committed to providing and maintaining a working environment which is safe and without risk to the health of its workers and clients.
