Position Summary:

As the Manager, Attraction, Recruitment and Retention you will lead a team of up to eight Workforce Servicers Officers located at various locations across the East Division in providing human resource services, specifically recruitment to the East Division Child Protection Branch.

In this role you must be able to provide forward thinking and proactive authoritative strategic human resource advice in line with the Departments strategic direction. A key factor to succeeding in this role is your ability to build and maintain effective working relationships based on trust and respect with Managers, Vendors, Directors and peers.

This roles requires strong leadership skills and extensive experience across a broad range of human resource functions, preferably in a large and complex organisation.
