Position Summary:

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and executive management support, with particular attention to confidentiality and sensitivity, to the Assistant Director, Secure Welfare and Disability Forensic Services, Office of Professional Practice.
The Executive Assistant is required to manage and coordinate the activities of the Assistant Director's office to provide effective support services and be a point of contact for key stakeholders from a diverse range of organisations, government, private, public and community services sectors. Attention to detail and teamwork underpin success in this role as well as a demonstrated ability to communicate sensitively and effectively. The role provides wide ranging administrative, secretariat and support functions.
