Position Summary:

Reporting to the Principal Policy Officer, Quality and Oversight unit (Client Incident Management System project), the Senior Project Officer will work as part of a small, fast paced team to implement and embed the new client incident management system (CIMS) in practice. The role also requires significant liaison with related areas within the department, peak bodies and funded organisations. You will be required to prepare, within tight timeframes, high quality briefings, discussion papers, presentations, reports and other documentation related to key policy initiatives and projects.

 

Are you

 

  • An experienced project manager with skills in stakeholder communication and engagement and/or learning and development.
  • An excellent communicator, with outstanding problem solving skills, capable of working with diverse and often senior level stakeholders
  • Able to work flexibly in a busy policy and program environment
