Position Summary:

Located within one of the 17 department areas in the Placement Coordination Unit, this innovative fixed term position will drive positive changes and enhance the life outcomes for children and young people across each of the Department of Health and Human Services' areas. The Kinship Engagement Worker, supervised by the Kinship Engagement Coordinator, will work under the new model of kinship care to be rolled out across Victoria in March 2018. In this role you will promote placement stability by providing ongoing and flexible support to kinship placements.

There are a total of 7 vacancies: full-time/part-time roles. The role, which commences 1st March 2018, will require travel within and outside the department area.
