Position Summary:

The Director, Customer Support will provide functional leadership for business-as-usual, repeatable and operational corporate activities. The Director is supported by the Customer Service Centre, providing a clear entry point to corporate services, introducing maturing capability into the future with the introduction of supporting technology to simplify end to end response to enquiries. The Customer Service Centre has been designed to provide first level support for corporate services customers, beyond self-service options. The Customer Support model is underpinned by continuous improvement and seamless engagement with other teams within corporate services.

As a Director, you will take a lead role in consolidating functions and investing in people, continuous process improvements and system sustainability.

This role will be integral in managing the formation of the branch during the first two years of the revised Corporate Services Organisational Model.
