Executive Assistant, Executive Services & Performance Branch


Position Summary:

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and executive management support, with particular attention to confidentiality and sensitivity, to the Director, Executive Services and Performance. Working within a multidisciplinary branch that provides a range of corporate support services to Ministers and the Secretary, the Executive Assistant is required to provide effective support to the activities of the directorate, including managing the Director's diary, preparing materials for meetings, coordinating the administration systems and processes of the office, drafting branch updates and contributing as a team member with other administrative officers.
