Position Summary:

Senior Learning and Development Consultant

Reporting to the Manager, Child Protection Practice, the Senior Learning and Development Consultant will work as part of a team to design, deliver, review and refine the suite of learning programs provided to the child protection workforce. The role will also consult and negotiate with a range of stakeholders to ensure the content and schedule of the learning programs meet the business requirements.

The role will also contribute to projects across the work team, and provide backup support to other team members with their learning programs.
