Position Summary:


The Principal Service Designer will lead engagement with stakeholders at all levels to understand, evaluate and design services at the discovery phase. As a customer advocate, they will be outcome focussed for the delivery of innovative digital solutions with an agile and user centred approach to realise a great user experience.


The role requires a dynamic and experienced individual with a track record of timely delivery and fit-for-purpose digital business outcomes.  The successful applicant will be a self-managing individual with the ability to lead others in multiple complex, high-profile concurrent initiatives.
