Position Summary:


The Principal Architect is a senior role responsible for providing authoritative and knowledgeable advice on all facets of enterprise, solutions and infrastructure architecture, as well as leading and driving the delivery of strategic architectural initiatives. The role is part of the Architecture Team within Strategy and Design and works closely with senior managers and their teams across the Business Technology & Information Management (BTIM) Branch and with key vendors, leveraging these partnerships to ensure that new solutions can be implemented effectively in the DHHS environment.

  • Flexible, self-driven and passionate about delivering innovative business outcomes?
  • Experienced in providing thought leadership and advisory services relating to the scoping, design and implementation of new business systems and infrastructure projects?
  • Experienced in developing technology, integration, application and solution architectures in complex environments?
